Why do you run?

I love running because it is my escape. I use it as an outlet for stress relief. I enjoy that time to myself. I run to keep stay in shape and keep weight off but to also challenge myself and reach goals I never thought possible. I enjoy the friendships I have with other runners with share the same passion for running.
